I have lived all my life in the Tasman District and was educated at Waimea College. After leaving school I worked for two years as an Insurance ClaimsOfficer, and then worked as an Office Manager for 7 years.
Together with husband Mike I spent 13 years farming, and we have two adult daughters.
I returned to the work-force in 1997 - joining a local accounting firm and became a Director of Accounting Tasman Ltd in June 2000. I am involved in preparing financial statements for a variety of clients, and also sort out many of the problems that can occur with the Inland Revenue Department.
My interests include gardening, reading, and showing and breeding pedigree dogs.
